Senior Video Producer

We are looking for a visionary creative producer.

Responsibilities:

You will join us full-time at ants, Gurgaon. We're looking for forward-thinking minds that understand both creativity and business.

You will oversee the entire process from pre-production to post-production. The ideal candidate must be creative, detail-oriented, and organized. You must also have strong communication, writing, leadership, and time-management skills. You will oversee the entire ad-film, content production from finding/writing scripts to hiring a director and film crew as well as managing the post-production process. You will oversee the casting process, ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget, and share ideas on promoting the finished works through marketing collateral produced by the in-house creative team.

Requirements:
• Visionary thinking to help pitch ideas, the passion and will to see it through.
• You must hold a bachelor’s degree in film making, journalism, or advertising.
• 3-4 years of agency experience in shooting short digital films, videos, factory shoots, corporate shoots, B-rolls, stop motions, creative photography etc and editing them.
• Excellent writing, oratory, and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong technical skills, and experience with Final Cut Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing Software, After Effects among others.
• Excellent project management and time-management skills. Shoud be able to liaise between departments and clients.
• Should have strong budgeting and sourcing experience with models, equipment, people, etc to arrive at costings.
• Should be able to lead the motion graphics team with creative direction, resources, etc.
